We are Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery, a state-of-the-art independent brewing and distilling company established in 2015. 100% Irish owned, independent, family run and built by Ireland’s only Brewery and Distillery manufacturers – Spectac International our sister company that has over 30 years’ experience. We make an exclusive range of hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, premium beers and spirits for some of Ireland’s biggest retailers and off-licenses.
Our heritage dates back to the 1700’s when distilling in Dundalk was a means of livelihood for many. We are proudly carrying the tradition forward with pride, by incorporating many techniques of old into modern age distilling. We strive to focus on quality and consistency across all aspects and processes in our Brewery and Distillery and the result: hand-crafted beers and premium spirts that have character!
